Our journey to “Desi Food” began when we two brothers, food and travel buffs were looking for quintessential Indian street food with a modern touch in the Aligarh area.
Not finding one we decided to take a plunge and open our own “Desi Baniye” where we could offer what we love – Indian-focused food, yet global in approach.
